FAQ

Is there an annual contract to start?

No! We don’t require anyone to make commitments to use our platform. Using the pay-as-you-go model, you only pay for what you use and nothing more.

What is per-unit pricing?

We price each unit of content. A unit of content is a single content piece - usually an image which is shown within an experience. Any experience can have an unlimited number of content units.

How many units do I need to run a pilot?

This depends on many factors, but as a ballpark figure, most retailers can launch a pilot and measure results using between 50-100 content units.

How do I know how many units I need?

The number of units required depends on the business goal and the traffic each product receives. For example - if you want to add content only for the “Dress” category which has 500 products, you might need 100 content units, each with 5 products tagged. If you’re not sure and want to consult, reach out.

What does automatic re-tagging mean?

We match the outfit to products from your catalog. Products regularly become unavailable when they run out of stock. When this happens, the outfit will automatically be matched to a different matching product from your catalog (if exists).
