Bllush provides a platform for uploading and sharing pictures that certain third party customers of Bllush ("Customers") can use on their websites or on other third party advertising platforms. This Privacy Policy applies both to Customers and end users accessing the Site or using the Service (collectively, "User" or "Users").

As used in this privacy policy, "Personal Information" means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.

Information We Collect

In order to use our Service, you have to enroll on the Site and create an account ("Account") by providing certain data, including but not limited to a user name and e-mail address, and any other information which may be requested. We collect any images or information that you directly upload to your Account on our Site, as well as images from Instagram that you have requested be added to your Account, and certain information related to such images, including but not limited to your user name, the image caption, and location.

When you use our Site, we may collect information automatically, including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and other system settings. We may combine automatically collected log information with other information we collect about users.

We use Cookies on our Site. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s web browser while you are viewing a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) in order to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience. Generally, we will use the information we collect to communicate with you regarding content that you have uploaded, or to share the content you have chosen to share with Customers. For instance, we may use your email address to provide you with an email confirmation of your registration or to notify you of the status of the content you have submitted through the Service. Furthermore, our Customers to whom you have submitted content through the Service posts may use your username or email address to communicate with you.

In some cases, we may utilize some of the information that we collect, which is also referred to as aggregate information ("Aggregate Data"), to improve our products and for analytics purposes. We do not link the Aggregate Data to Personal Information. Bllush may use this Data in its discretion and share it with its commercial partners.

How we Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


We allow users to access their Personal Information, and allow users to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the user in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the user would be violated. Use of the Site by Children

We do not knowingly collect any information or Personal Information through the Site from individuals under the age of 18. In the event that you become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has enrolled to the Site without parental permission, please advise Bllush immediately.

We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to countries outside the United States, Canada or the European Union. All of our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.

Your information, including any Personal Information, may be processed or used in jurisdictions with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from those of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Bllush currently uses Amazon Web Service ("AWS") as a cloud service provider with servers in the US and Europe where the data and all information obtained from Bllush's Site is stored.

Bllush also currently uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google places cookies on a user's computer to analyze the user’s use of the Bllush Site. The information collected by the cookie is transferred to and stored on Google servers located in the US. Google will process and use the collected information on behalf of Bllush in order to analyze users' use of the Site and System, to compose respective reports and to provide certain other Service to Bllush related to the use of the Site and the Service. The IP address collected by the cookie will not be collated with other Google data. A user can change the settings of her browser so it refuses all cookies of third parties. Also, a user is free to delete any existing cookies at any time with future effect.
